By accessing or using MakeTicket ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including event organizers and event attendees.

MakeTicket is an event ticketing platform that allows users to:

• Create and manage events
• Generate and distribute tickets with QR codes
• Process event registrations
• Scan and validate tickets at events
• Access analytics and attendee management tools
• Integrate with third-party services (Google Forms, Gmail, Google Sheets)

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

You are solely responsible for the content of your events. Event content must not:

• Be illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene
• Promote discrimination, hatred, or violence
• Contain false or misleading information
• Infringe on third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MakeTicket and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create (event descriptions, images, etc.) but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to provide the Service.

MakeTicket integrates with third-party services including Google (Forms, Gmail, Drive/Sheets). By using these integrations:

• You authorize us to access and use data from these services as described in our Privacy Policy
• You agree to the terms of service of those third-party providers
• We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services

• Free Tier: Basic features available at no cost with usage limits
• Paid Plans: Billed monthly or annually as specified at time of purchase
• Transaction Fees: May apply for paid events as disclosed on our pricing page
• Payment Processing: Handled by third-party providers (Stripe, Razorpay)
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes

For MakeTicket Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for annual subscriptions may be provided on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.

For Event Tickets: Refund policies are determined by individual event organizers. MakeTicket is not responsible for refunds of event tickets. Please contact the event organizer directly.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAKETICKET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MakeTicket and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

• We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms
• You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• Data retention after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
